Can I pay in monthly installments?

Yes! When you enter our secure checkout, you will have the option to pay in full, or pay via monthly installments at no added cost! This means you can get started right away without having to wait, even if you don’t have the full amount today. Secure your future now and spread the cost over time!

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day grace period after payment, during which you can receive a 100% refund—no questions asked. We want you to feel completely confident in your decision to join Statebound.

After 14 days, due to the nature of our service and the immediate work we begin on your recruitment process, all payments are non-refundable. However, we’re always here to support you, and if your plans change, your Statebound membership lasts for life, meaning you can pause and resume your journey whenever you're ready.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! We process all payments through Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. This ensures your transaction is 100% secure and protected.

What happens if I don't get a scholarship?

Our goal is to help every Statebound Athlete secure the best possible opportunity in the USA. While scholarship offers depend on factors like skill level, academics, and coach interest, we guarantee to connect you with college coaches and actively guide you through the entire recruitment process.

If you don’t receive an offer that meets your expectations, your Statebound membership lasts for life—meaning we’ll continue working with you until you find the right opportunity, whether that’s next season or further down the line.

What's the difference between the solo and group membership?

Both memberships give you full access to all of Statebound’s services. The only difference is price: the Group Membership is discounted when you sign up with a friend!

Can I switch from the solo to group membership later on?

Unfortunately, the Group Membership discount is only available at the time of purchase. If you’d like to join with a friend, make sure to sign up together!

What happens after I pay?

Once your payment is complete, you are officially a Statebound Athlete. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email and our team will contact you within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.

We’ll send you a welcome email with key information and set up your first Official Athlete call. This is where we go over your goals, answer any questions, and map out your recruitment plan.

We’ll guide you through creating a standout recruitment profile with your details, achievements, and highlight video to showcase your skills. Then, we begin directly contacting U.S. college coaches, promoting you to schools that fit your level and ambitions.
